Die Stabkirche von Borgund, eine uralte Holzkirche nach typisch Norwegischer Bauart.

Die alte Bergstraße von Aurland nach Lærdal gehört zu den schönsten Routen vom Fjord ins Fjell. Es gibt wunderbare Aussichtspunkte. Der Blick geht über den Aurlandsfjord.

Nach einen kleinen Umweg über Stockholm genieße ich die Ruhe und warte auf die Fähre.
Bergen, ... die alte Hansestadt mit der Tyske Brygge.
Eine mittelalterliche Werft im historischen Hafenviertel, bekannt für bunte, mit Holz verkleidete Bootshäuser.
Just back from our little Roadtrip north of the border..
We had a good time, but it wasn't the same craic not being able to share a wee dram or 2 with the friends we've made in the Highlands over the last 15 years...
So ein Haus könnte ich mir später für meinen Ruhestand auch einmal vorstellen. Es gibt hier noch alle großen Wildtiere wie Bär, Wolf und Elche. Ein Traum für jeden Naturphotographen.
Mit etwas Glück bekommt man sogar Vielfraß und Luchs zu sehen.
Der Himmel sieht dramatisch aus , dabei ist es doch recht angenehm, kaum Wind und trocken.
In der Kabine habe ich zwei Mitreisende, Raymond aus Schottland und Raphael ist Finne.
Went on a roadtrip with my best friend. She is the one waving in the picture. Her boyfriend is walking beside her. Took a few shot to stich a panoramix of Brugge and they were in one of the shots. Turned out great I think and it's as a memory of a lovely day.
An Bord der Finnstar, erstmal raus aus der Motorradbekleidung.
Für die nächsten 31 Stunden , so lange dauert die Überfahrt, ist Relaxen angesagt.
Ein Kreuzfahrtschiff liegt im Fjord vor Anker.
Ein Attraktion ist die Fahrt mit der Flåmsbana nach Myrdal und wieder zurück.
Ein richtig idyllischer Ort mit Streuobstwiesen, Rhododendrenbüschen und Flieder.
Der Blick geht über den Fjord und in den Nachbargarten.
Ein guter Platz zum relaxen.
