Quello del pastore è un mestiere davvero speciale. Tra i moltissimi inventati dall'uomo, forse questo è il più vicino al ritmo vitale degli animali e in particolare degli ovini. Il pastore infatti deve adeguarsi ai loro momenti di attività alimentare, ai loro trasferimenti, ai momenti di riposo e di pausa. Soltanto la mungitura o la tosatura inverte i ruoli, costringendo gli animali ad adattarsi ai ritmi e alle attività dell'uomo ..... ..
