Today I concentrated my photo efforts on the Snow Geese. Flight shots like this require adequate lighting and a fast shutter speed. This detailed shot is one of the typical rewards of this tactic. A couple of weeks ago I was reading an article about "Project 365" which suggested to divide the project into small milestones and to reward yourself when you accomplish them.

This two cute necklaces were meant as my little reward for April's month... I saw them online and I found them easily on Ebay, but I thought they were smaller. I'm not sure they are wearable, I think I'll use them as key-rings...

P.S. I know, I'm using a Canon, but I'm going to buy a DSLR soon, and Nikon is my choice. ;)

I passed my qualifying exams! Which for my non-PhD friends is HUGE, this mean I am now able to write and defend my thesis. So that is all that is left on my to do list. Though that is a big thing to check off.
