Using reverse confetti stamps and dies for the coffee lovers fall blog hop. Blogged here justkatecrafting.blogspot.co.uk/2015/09/fall-coffee-lover...

Playing along with the Reverse Confetti challenge, which is birthday. I stamped the toucan from 'Toucan of Friendship' as well as the sentiment on white cs with Versafine onyx black, clear embossed & colored with Copics & a white gel pen. I trimmed down the sentiment and fussy cut the toucan. I used a few blue, silver & white ink sprays on watercolor paper by spraying, sponging & flicking and cut two strips and a rectangle to fit inside the lacy scallop frame die (also Reverse Confetti) that was die cut from white glitter cs. The gray A2 card was dry embossed with a leafy ef (Sizzix) before adhering all the elements, popping up the toucan and the sentiment.

This is my first ever water shaker card!! It turned out so cool!! I used Mermaid Kisses by Reverse Confetti and All Prettied Up by Mama Elephant. YouTube tutorial coming soon!!

I am still trying to put my craft room back together and can't find half my supplies (more like 75 percent of them) but I did manage to find my Reverse Confetti stamp set, Be a Barista, and this interesting leafy die cut that I made on my friend's Cricut machine some time ago. I played around with the various options and managed to cut this lovely shape out...and then never used it on anything! I thought that the patterned paper looked much like a yummy latte, and so I carefully glued it onto some deep chocolate card stock...layered it all on kraft, and added a paper-pieced mug of coffee. I love that deep corally color...which I made with my ink blender and some dye ink. This photo is really awful with all the shadows and lack of detail, but that tiny heart is embossed with an embossing folder by Darice...then punched. I am entering this in the Fall Coffee Lovers Hop and hope to make at least one other card, even if I can't find the rest of my coffee stamps!

Today's Valentine card will be for the hubby. The cute penguin is from Reverse Confetti 'S'more Love'. The penguin, hat & marshmallow stick were stamped on white cs with VOB ink, clear embossed, colored with Copics & Tombow markers. I added stickles to the pom pom and scarf and fussy cut when dried. I die cut a stitchd wonky heart (MCT) from white cs and one large & two smaller stitched rope rectangles (Kat Scrappiness) from an old Colorbok pattern paper pad, which were adhered to a white A2 card base. I then added the heart & popped up the penguin, hat & marshmallow stick. I die cut a stitched banner (MCT) from white cs and stamped the sentiment from the RC set with VOB ink & clear embossed, adhering to the top right. To finish, I die cut several small white hearts (Sunny Studio) & adhered as shown.

Card made for my Memorydex using the toucan and flowers from the Reverse Confetti set 'Toucan of Friendship'. The bees are from Craftin' Desert Divas. All the images were stamped with Versafine onyx black, clear embossed, colored with Copics & Tombow markers then fussy cut. The 'Spring' sentiment (SB) was die cut with my Cricut from blue glitter cs then adhered to a strip of green glitter cs. I die cut the card (heidi swapp) twice, once from white cs and once from a light green patterned paper & adhered them together. I then adhered all the images, popping up the white flower (I trimmed thin strips of brown cs for the stems). I also added some white gel pen highlights and a glitter pen to the bees wings to finish.

I finally made a card in honor of Ukraine with their beautiful blue & yellow flag colors. I started by inking w/c paper with blueprint sketch then spritzing with water. Once it dried, I debossed the panel with 'weathered' ef by Taylored Expressions as well as 'hemstitch rectangles' by Spellbinders. This was then layered onto a yellow cs panel and then a white A2 card. Next, I die cut the beautiful 'Wreath' by Reverse Confetti from gold cs & adhered. The sunflower (SB) was die cut from two shades of yellow & adhered; the center was then embossed with the 'weathered' ef & adhered to the wreath. Lastly, I die cut the word 'Spring' (SB) from white cs & adhered to the center of the wreath.

Playing in the Reverse Confetti challenge of Hello/Just Because. I have stamped one of the floral images from their set 'Banner in Bloom', which is one of my very favorite sets. I don't know how to color very well, but these flowers make it easy for me. It was stamped with Versamark and embossed in gold then colored in red & a teal blue and the leaves in a mint green. I die cut the image with a stitched scalloped tag (Kat Scrappiness) and I added a lot of black Nuvo drops. The banner (MFT) was die cut from red cs and I stamped the sentiment (Unity) with Versafine onyx black & clear embossed. I trimmed a piece of patterned paper (Making Memories) of black & french vanilla to 1.5" x 4" and adhered on a black A2 card. I then adhered the taf and then the banner. I added a red gem to the tag and a teal blue flower gem to the banner. I love the contrast of the black card against the colors.

I've been doing a personal "Use It" challenge the past few years and somehow these Center Style frames hadn't been touched lately. Again I used the sweet Candles 'N Confetti set by #ReverseConfetti. The rest is all PTI.

Cakes are sponged in PTI Lemon Tart; blue-card cake has stripes in Summer Sunrise and candles in Elegant Evening. Pink card has cake decoration in Hibiscus Burst and candles in Hawaiian Shores, to match the lines on the cake stand. The flames are sponged PTI Bright Buttercup with the line drawing stamped in Harvest Gold and a touch of Wink of Stella brushed on top. They both have a flower trio in Raspberry Fizz with Green Parakeet leaves, popped up on a little bit of foam tape.

For the sentiment I pulled out Banner Style Die, but since I don't have the matching stamps, I had to manually curve a KIS: Birthday sentiment on a block. Happy to make do with what I have!

The cakes are layered on vellum die cuts of Center Style Masculine, and Feminine, then layered on a piece of Hooray Birthday patterned paper pack. We've got a card in Hawaiian Shores, and one in Raspberry Fizz. And just on the edges of that Rasp Fizz card is a tiny strip of scor-tape with some glitter on top. When was the last time I used glitter on a card? No idea! But I'm falling in love with it all over again!

So happy to have another two cards for my stash -- birthday cards get used the fastest!

July has been so busy that I haven't had time to do much card making but I took the opportunity last night to whip up a couple of baby cards for some friend's daughters who are expecting boys. The baby sentiment is from my stash and I think it's by Technique Tuesday, and the whale and anchor stamps are from Happy Harbor, by Reverse Confetti. The star background paper is by DCWV and I used stitched rectangles by Lawn Fawn and hearts by My Favorite Things. Ahoy there, baby boy!
