Eliot Vale sits within the Blackheath conservation area and is a substantial Victorian villa that had been sub-divided into 2 apartments. Our brief was to restore the property to a single-family dwelling, being sympathetic to the elegance and grandeur of the Victorian architecture whilst incorporating a contemporary living space for a modern family with young children.
