I'm not sure whether to call this a street rod or a resto-mod but it is beautifully done. Power comes from a 1957 Ford 312 Y-Block. At the Illinois Valley Rodders Car Show, Centennial Park, Peru, Illinois.

The license plate on this 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7 says it's a "COUGARR". This one has the optional 390 GT engine and has been "resto-modded" a bit. Photographed at the Amboy Depot Days Car Show, 2015.

I am not sure if this is contemporary or a later restomod. But an amazingly well proportioned car nonetheless.

This one is a 1948, and is a "Resto-Mod. I never saw the hood open, but I was told that the engine is a 455 Olds.
