october is breast cancer awareness month.

i've noticed a lot of brave women on this site, baring bodies and souls, in order to raise awareness.

my story:

i've had cancer. twice in fact.

not breast cancer, but as a result, i've been getting mammograms done for several years because of my history.

never too early to know how your body is doing, i say.

ladies, please get checked.

men, if there's a prostate cancer awareness month, i can't wait to see YOUR pics!!! ;)

I'm too generally upbeat to write such a guide, but if someone decides to do so I'll be happy to contribute a photo now and then. I already have a couple of broken-glass and similar photos that I could kick in. I know this for certain...the younger and more often people are taught to 1-respect others and their property, 2-respect Nature & the outdoors, the fewer vandals and other miserable humans who take their problems out on others there are. And the more grounded and happy people there are. #respectyourself
