"International Women’s Day means a day women come together and work together helping their family and community," says Elizabeth Chuma, a member of the role model mentoring program at Ngwerere Lubuto Library. DREAMS Innovation Challenge grantee Lubuto Library Partners uses public libraries in Zambia as a gateway for scholarships, referrals, mentorship, reproductive health programming, and community engagement.
