#Repost @sweetbookobsession ・・・ 🍋Happy Sunday! It’s an absolutely gorgeous 70° sunny day here in Northern California. My lemon bush is overflowing, so of course making homemade lemonade was on the agenda for today. I haven’t had time to read more of @newleafwriter’s Broken Moon this weekend. It’s so good and has been calling to me to come back and finish it! How are you spending your Sunday?
Mellie went to the specialty vet today and it was discovered that she has a bad case of pneumonia. No wonder she was feeling so poorly! She is staying overnight with IV antibiotics and fluids, and they will give us a prescription to give her two antibiotic shots per day for a while, as well as an appetite stimulant because she hasn't been eating much.
I hope she will be ok after going through all of her recent problems. My sweet, sweet little girl. Ozzy is walking around yowling, looking for her in all of her favorite places.

He has the squarest little poochy whisker pads ever! He still yodels but maybe not as much as he did before - but this boy has a great set of lungs! I still wonder if he's trying to hear himself - he's almost totally deaf, we think. The other evening during a thunderstorm, a HUGE clap of thunder occurred and the four other cats took off for parts unknown. Zeppie lifted his head up (from sleeping) and looked around, like "what?" Nothing bothers this cute boy.
We celebrated our 10th (tin) anniversary on the same day/night as the Century 21 bowling league awards banquet. Our team "The Hombres" had won 1st place for the year. The league had a mock wedding for us. It was REALLY a memorable day/night! :oD
I had asked a friend to take a photo of our team...he tried but couldn't get my camera to work...until I started walking toward him to help. Can you see my thoughts on my face?!? LOL
