The Northern Lights Council of the Boy Scouts of America gave their annual report to Governor Doug Burgum during the Bismarck Rotary Club luncheon. This year marks the 101st Report to the Governor.

Day 4 (Thursday): It snowed all morning through lunchtime (and yes, I went jogging anyhow. I'm an idiot.) The cars were covered. The sidewalks were covered. The parking lot was covered. And by six o'clock (shown), it had almost all melted away. That's Denver for you.
