If I'm in difficult moments, I call upon her, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, she comes immediately and intercedes. So she's been a great intercessor .. Edwards has formed strong relationships with leaders of the Slovenian Armed Forces over his 10 years as The Adjutant General of Colorado, and the 140th Wing commander, before that. The relationships are due to the National Guard State Partnership Program, which paired Slovenia with the Colorado National Guard in 1993.
