hard to tell that where the toilet was is gushing water--i just like the picture, though it's poor reportage. this is my friend nikki's place having maintainence work done on it by a general fixit guy hired by the absent building manager. a plumber might have shut off the water before sawing the toilet out of the floor. thats an electrical cord in the water, yes.
