He's officially called Orion (TW-02). I've added both silver paint as well as the new more Optimus-like head from Renderform (RFX-004 P.A.X.)

Here is classics Skyfall with a new head from Renderform. The RF-002 Empyrean Espionage Upgrade Set gives this voyager class Decepticon a more accurate head, with a faceless yellow visor, to differentiate him from Silverbolt. The set also came with 2 new rifles custom made for him.
