Opportunities to get out and make new pictures are, of necessity, limited during the COVID-19 outbreak so, from 1st April 2020, I've been hunting through my archives to find images taken on the same date in previous years. I've tried to choose eight each day. They've mostly not been published here before and potentially cover the period 1980-2020. I hope you enjoy them.
Getting little narcistic with this week's Assignment 52 -- "Artificial Lighting". I did not bother with the umbrellas, just used a diffuser and tried few angles.

I used Milliput and Aves Sculpt first up as there was quite a bit of fill in places. To get the fill 'level' I rolled some brass tube along the top and bottom edges of the citadel forcing the putty to fill the depressions. Today we held one of our (if not the) biggest event of the year at work. Everything went off without a hitch. I am both relieved and exhausted!
