Adding whimsy to the interior of the cabinets we'll be hanging. I'm painting them myself and then we will hang them and add doors later.
This is the same Burger King that I took a picture of at Family Dollar. As you can see, it's been renovated to the newest style of BK's design, which is funny because this same restaurant remodeled less than 10 years ago.
Burger King #9864 1275 York Rd Gettysburg, PA. This Burger King started a remodel in March. I was going to save these photos for a set after my vacation pictures were uploaded but I have 150 or more pictures of this already! I live in Gettysburg and pass this location daily so it's hard not to get more pictures when I see something new going on! Also the playplace has been removed but it looks like the patio with the tables might be staying.
Remodelling of the junction layout at Dorchester Junction on a frosty December morning in 1980. The layout was changed from a double junction to a single up facing connection with a crossover to give access to the down Weymouth line. The signal box was to last another five years though.
Yet another view from the front registers at the Corinth Mississippi Kmart. Yep, those are "Biker Babe" croaking toads in the foreground, whatever that is!

Now that his brother has moved to his own room, Billy is is the process of making the space his own.
Initially the plan was to restack the bunk beds but there's enough wear and tear on the top bed it'll need to be removed.

We took out the gross old carpet and replaced it with bamboo hardwood floors. We also painted the formerly rental-apartment-white walls a red to match the furniture, had some of my photographs printed on canvas to hang on the wall, bought new lights, and rearranged the furniture. Oh...and we bought a 46" LCD HDTV. The room is now fabulous!

A before/after comparison of our master bathroom that I recently remodeled.
The photo on the left is what was the remodeled bathroom that was done to sell the house and we inherited when we bought the house.
My wife and I did not use the tub, and after the tub cracked from having been installed improperly, I began the remodeling.
In short, we decided to use cultured marble panels, but had them cut so that I could install a custom tile inlay to dress it up. I moved all of the plumbing to put the shower valve and head on an interior wall (also easier to reach to turn on/off). The toilet was moved as well.
To finish it off, I installed the new tile floor and all new trim including adding crown moulding.
We are already loving the new bathroom.
