Love doesn't just sit there, like a stone; it has to be made, like bread, remade all the time, made new.

Övedskloster is a village in the municipality Sjöbo.
After the stage of the city name comes from the monastery associated premonstratensorden based on the location of the 1160s. The monastery turned into secular hands years 1535th Övedskloster Castle, park and access roads with alleys and Ovid church is one of the biggest attractions Sjöbo.
This place used to be a convent, but after the Danish reformation it was remade into a more secular place owned by the Danish crown - before it was given to Otto Lindenow. When the Swedes got hold of Scania after the peace of Roskilde the castle changed owner to Carl Mauritz Lewenhaupt. In 1753 it was bought from the then current Lewenhaupt by his brother-in-law, Hans Ramel, who ordered the building of the current castle. This was made 1765-1776, in roccoco style after drawings made by the architect Carl Hårleman - but he was not alive to do watch over the building himself, that was instead made by another famous architect of the time: Jean Eric Rehn. The castle is still owned by the Ramel family.
An old postcard from 1910 of Thomas Circle in Washington, DC showing the red sandstone Luthern Church between 14th st. (on left) and Vermont Ave. (on right). It still stands today. However, the white house on the far left is gone, replaced by the National City Christian Church built in the 1930's (?). The houses to the right of Vermont Av. were taken down in the 60's for the Washington Plaza Hotel that still sits on the circle today. 14th Street north of the circle was heavily damaged during the 1968 riots and did not rebuild until the late 1990's. The last 10 years have literally remade this main artery of the city into a vital, lively nieghbor once again.
I lived one block north of this circle for a decade, it was only after I moved to my present home that the area started it's resurgence. The two events are, I believe, completely unrelated. ; )

The Patriarchal Cathedral Basilica of Saint Mark, commonly known as St Mark's Basilica, is the cathedral church of the Roman Catholic Patriarchate of Venice; it became the episcopal seat of the Patriarch of Venice in 1807, replacing the earlier cathedral of San Pietro di Castello. It is dedicated to and holds the relics of Saint Mark the Evangelist, the patron saint of the city.
The church is located on the eastern end of Saint Mark's Square, the former political and religious centre of the Republic of Venice, and is attached to the Doge's Palace. Prior to the fall of the republic in 1797, it was the chapel of the Doge and was subject to his jurisdiction, with the concurrence of the procurators of Saint Mark de supra for administrative and financial affairs.
The present structure is the third church, begun probably in 1063 to express Venice's growing civic consciousness and pride. Like the two earlier churches, its model was the sixth-century Church of the Holy Apostles in Constantinople, although accommodations were made to adapt the design to the limitations of the physical site and to meet the specific needs of Venetian state ceremonies. Middle-Byzantine, Romanesque, and Islamic influences are also evident, and Gothic elements were later incorporated. To convey the republic's wealth and power, the original brick façades and interior walls were embellished over time with precious stones and rare marbles, primarily in the thirteenth century. Many of the columns, reliefs, and sculptures were spoils stripped from the churches, palaces, and public monuments of Constantinople as a result of the Venetian participation in the Fourth Crusade. Among the plundered artifacts brought back to Venice were the four ancient bronze horses that were placed prominently over the entry.
The interior of the domes, the vaults, and the upper walls were slowly covered with gold-ground mosaics depicting saints, prophets, and biblical scenes. Many of these mosaics were later retouched or remade as artistic tastes changed and damaged mosaics had to be replaced, such that the mosaics represent eight hundred years of artistic styles. Some of them derive from traditional Byzantine representations and are masterworks of Medieval art; others are based on preparatory drawings made by prominent Renaissance artists from Venice and Florence, including Paolo Veronese, Tintoretto, Titian, Paolo Uccello, and Andrea del Castagno (Wikipedia).

For this years På Kloss Hold (Brikkelaugets annual convention in Trondheim) i remade my "Where's Wally?" model to be fit for convention.Full interior house and church, not just facades. Was a great hit with people lining up to find all the figures hiding in plain sight.
Really hard to get good pictures of models this big but here it is.
The Ponte alla Carraia is a five-arched bridge spanning the River Arno and linking the district of Oltrarno to the rest of the city of Florence, Italy. To the west is a weir, the Pescaia di Santa Rosa, and the Ponte Amerigo Vespucci, and to the east is the Ponte Santa Trinita. The piazzas on either bank are the Piazza Nazario Sauro (south) and the Piazza Carlo Goldoni (north). At the northernmost column of the bridge a family of coypus live in a dam.
The first mention of the bridge (then built in wood) dates from 1218. Destroyed by a flood in 1274, it was soon reconstructed, but fell down again in 1304 under the weight of a crowd who had met to watch a spectacle. It was the first bridge in the city rebuilt after the 1333 flood, perhaps under design of Giotto. Again damaged in 1557, it was remade by will of Grand Duke Cosimo I de' Medici, who assigned the project to Bartolomeo Ammannati.
Enlarged during the 19th century, the bridge was blown up by the retreating German Army during World War II (1944). The current structure is a design by Ettore Fagiuoli, completed in 1948.

"I am made and remade continually. Different people draw different words from me." - The waves by Virginia Woolf,
11 years ago, when I was just 2 months into creating images, I made an image out of this concept. It instantly became one of my most popular images and remained such for most of my career. Back then I had no idea what I was doing, and I ended up losing that high res file in a hard drive crash. I remade the image and I'm so proud of how it came out a decade later.
I made two videos about it:
9 minute shooting video:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=gS4i-j0vFjw
18 minute editing video:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYdjqolaFCU
It's never too late to try again. I love this concept, I love this image, and I think it's especially poignant right now as we go through this weird and challenging times where we might feel more stuck than ever.
Mission log: June 1st, 1992: My group got separated from Specter's group last night during a Intel hunt. We new a couple places where the Al Qaeda executed people. We sent out teams of three to each one..thankfully, we got there in time.
So I remade my old train scene! I fixed all the parts that were criticized the best I could.
Enjoy!

This project has as its basis a build I did for the American Cancer Society benefit Fashion for Life in 2013. Its theme was the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and I was lucky enough to be assigned Hanging Gardens of Babylon. In this project for client Cristabella Loon, I took that original build and extensively redesigned and rebuilt it, with the idea that this is a capriccio on how the Hanging Gardens might have survived and been rediscovered and remade through the ages to the present.
This is a remake of my first version, after I received some helpful tips from fellow Flicker peeps. I will tag everyone that helped me create this remake (you too cedar, I couldn't tag you). Thanks you guys! I got a different version that might be more appealing to others. Let me know what you think and if you think the ideas you suggested are working here. Take care!

"Where the Grand Canal opens up into the lagoon stands one of Venice's most distinktive landmarks, the church dedicated to Santa Maria della Salute (Our Lady of Health). The architect, Baldassare Longhena - who also did St. Mark's Square's "new wing" and the Ca' Rezzonico - remade Venice in the Baroque style. Crown- shaped La Salute was his crowning achievement, and the last grand Venetian structure built before Venice's decline began." (Rick Steves)

I had so much fun upscaling the classic set. Hope you like it.
With all this bullshit about who's generic or not I felt I had to show that I'm not rn.
Made this base in like 15 minutes and put the figs there. In teh back is one of my now two Renault Ft17's, I've worked and remade the back completely on them. I did that in the spring and haven't really felt for showing them.
There is also a few of my WW1 french soldiers. I have, more. All of them have Roaglaan decals, the helmets is moded fireman helmets made to look like adrians. I actually like that look a lot. More than the new BA ones. Their weapons is my old lebel mods.

I don't have any motivation whatsoever right now. For the moment I'm having fun and modding a bunch of LOTR Orc wahammer figs instead. Pretty fun actually. Life is going easy on me right now but the last month was shit. Only good that happened was a trip to Liverpool for 4 days, school paid. That was a bit nice.
I'm still in here checking and I do have the big MOCs collecting dust in my room.
But don't really expect much uploads from me. I'm not dead, I'm not quitting. I'm just waiting for the motivation,.
This spider seems to like to have egg cases in her web. She now has about six (see photo below). Before she had any, she would use a small piece of leaf the same size and colour as an egg sac. At the time, I didn't realise it was deliberate, but it was always there after she remade her web.
There are also some strange hair-like strands curled around in the top part of her web. I have no idea what they are for, but they are also always there. The bottom of one of them is barely visible in the photo below.
L037-21, now with an FEC crew crosses the St Johns River in downtown Jacksonville, FL on Dec 22, 2016. This train is the infamous Threads Express which carries cotton from the NC/SC/GA fields to the ports in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Then it's shipped to manufacturing locations in other countries. When it's remade into clothing, the process is reversed and carried north into the eastern portion of the US.

I almost like this arc, aside from all the stupid things in it.
Mostly this exists cause I figured out an entirely purist Rebirth Tiger I like, and remade Punch and Jewelee to be more up to my standards.
Also Ft Hayden in a new mask that everyone else has used, and a temporary Wesker, as well as unfortunately-not-naked Bane.
Cheers, all.
What he and his cronies have done and plan to do to the nation is beyond comprehension. As of tomorrow 42 MILLION Americans will face even greater food insecurity unnecessarily. Everything that is being done is for his own personal gain or for the political gain of the Republican Party. The American people are just pawns in the game. If American democracy is to be restored , the system of checks and balances must be remade functional. We must NOT be silent! Those who have enabled him must be held accountable in the next elections.

The first clayface, Basil Karlo was an actor who went crazy when they remade his classic film Clayface, he took up the name and attempted to kill the new cast, until Batman and Robin showed up, here's my version of him.
Unfortunately, the Belgian plates do not show any regional coding. Only rare variants (CD, export, old series and so on) are interesting for me. That is why I rarely take photos of Belgian registrations. Here at least I found a remade plate.

Another collaboration between TURB and [Contraption]. This one might be familiar to some of my old followers as it was actually made 3 years ago, but never released.
It looked old and not as aesthetically pleasing, so I remade all of the textures and separated the pieces so rather than selling fix versions, people could mix and match materials and colors.
Hope you peeps like it and as always it's dully mod, so feel free to do your third-party magic to acquire the textures and edit them to your heart's content! You're also allowed to give your own original textures away however you see fit, just don't share my original ones with anyone.

4 years ago I made an image of the Milky Way from this same place. It was more of a test to learn how to stack images, but in the end the image went on to win a prize in the Wiki Loves Earth contest.
I wanted to go back there ever since I bought a skywatcher star adventurer tracker, but then the world went into this terrible situation.
Last week I finally got my chance and remade the image, this time much cleaner. Hope you guys like it.

Well, you guys probably are. Heh.
Remade my King Shark, which caused Jose to remake his King Shark, which he ironically did around the same time I was re-remaking my King Shark.
So here's King Shark. His proportions are kind of funky, but I like this scale so much better than my last one.
Also Black Spider is there, though he's kind of a joke, and N52 Waller (*spits*), is there, based on her LBM the Game 3 design.
Gonna be a long weekend.
Lemme know what you think.
The first church on this place was built in the 10th century (found out with radiocarbon dating) in romanesque style. What's left of the 10th century church are foundations and part of the nave. The church was rebuilt in the 15th century. The belltower was made in the 15th century but remade in 1716. The choir was rebuilt in 1746. In the 19th century the hamlet of Pierre-Ronde lost most of its inhabitants and the priest left. The church wasn't in use anymore and was sold in 1966. It was owned by different people until 1992. It was completely forgotten and the interior was completely emptied. In 1992 somebody found it and the town bought it back. Some sculpted stones of the 15th- and 16th century were found in 2016 in a shed of a private person. The church is being restored by an association of inhabitants of the town.

Dumbo (or DUMBO, an acronym for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass[a]) is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. It encompasses two sections: one situated between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, which connect Brooklyn to Manhattan across the East River, and another extending eastward from the Manhattan Bridge to the Vinegar Hill area. The neighborhood is bounded by Brooklyn Bridge Park to the north, the Brooklyn Bridge to the west, Brooklyn Heights to the south, and Vinegar Hill to the east. Dumbo is part of Brooklyn Community Board 2.
Dumbo has historically been known by several names, including Gairville, Rapailie, Olympia, and Walentasville. The area was originally a ferry landing, characterized by 19th- and early 20th-century industrial and warehouse buildings, Belgian block streets, and its location on the East River by the imposing anchorage of the Manhattan Bridge. A large number of the buildings in Dumbo were bought by developer David Walentas and his company Two Trees Management in the late 20th century, and remade into an upscale residential and commercial community—first becoming a haven for art galleries, and currently a center for technology startups.
Dumbo earned the nickname "the center of the Brooklyn Tech Triangle" thanks to its thriving community of tech startups. This designation coincided with its rise to become Brooklyn's most affluent neighborhood and the fourth-wealthiest community in New York City; this is owing in part to its large concentration of technology startups, its close proximity to Manhattan, and its large number of former industrial buildings that have been converted into spacious luxury residential lofts. The neighborhood contains the corporate headquarters for e-commerce retailer Etsy and home furnishing stores company West Elm.
