I like the fresh smell after I sharpen a pencil.... my favorate no.2 yellow school pencile. After a couple of messy weeks, I've got back to normal and get ready to finish and polish my work.

Back on the road again ... from Kandy we went up into the hills, to the tea-growing area of Nuwara Eliya. It became cooler (but not cold!) and we passed field upon field of Camellia plants (tea).
From Wikipedia -
Nuwara Eliya (Sinhalese: නුවර එළිය; Tamil: நுவரேலியா) is a city in the hill country of the Central Province, Sri Lanka. Its name means "city on the plain (table land)" or "city of light". The city is the administrative capital of Nuwara Eliya District, with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. It is at an altitude of 1,868 m (6,128 ft) and is considered to be the most important location for tea production in Sri Lanka. The city is overlooked by Pidurutalagala, the tallest mountain in Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya is known for its temperate, cool climate - the coolest area in Sri Lanka.
This is in a revitalized section of downtown Santa Ana. The light shining on the leaves is what attracted me. Interesting how we continue to try and make new look old.

"Start."
Everybody has the ability to start something. To some it may seem overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. This talk will be a frank discussion about ways to start and deliver successful products.
Building mobile apps provides a unique perspective into the challenges of creating successful products. An app can have different users, business goals, design, development and marketing challenges. this is a Beauty Milano head on clear obitsu body, making a sort of cute futuristic goth girl...
she was like the first modern asian collector doll i ever got. and she had the most awful body. i have replaced it in the past with an articulated barbie bod spray-painted white,
but right now i like this one!
A soothing little project I got for free as one of the weekly winners of Club Scrap's Scrapper bowl.
I'd like to make several more, but they're a bit pricey as kits, and I can't find a place that sells just the trays.
