The seven jetblack-liveried ADL Enviro400s have been treated to a repaint this year. The livery uses the same colours as before in a similar layout, but the route branding is subtly different. 1201 is sen showing off its fresh new coat of paint at Calcot Sainsbury's on Wednesday 9th August.

This year Reading Buses rebranded its 101/102 services between Newbury and Thatcham as "Jet Red" and these are now fully coordinated with Jetblack 1. The 101/102 were taken on under contract to West Berkshire Council in Autumn 2016 as part of the "Kennections" operation, but Reading Buses now operates these services commercially.
