4:30 p.m. at Williamson Park, Lancaster. It was a rare sunny Sunday, and there was a crowd for the Start and Finish line of the Lancaster Grand Prix cycling race, which goes out into the surrounding countryside. There were various stalls, none as busy as the ice cream. Taken with permission.

"Love the art in yourself and not yourself in the art." - Constantin Stanislavski
-----
So, for the past two days, I've had fairly laborious days; lots of manual labour and heavy lifting and today I've returned to my usual routine and my body is thanking me and at the same time wondering why I'm not determined to utterly exhaust every muscle I have.
Yes; today it was back to the usual routine, with less chaos. I'm exhausted from Sunday and Monday, but am sure I will be back to my usual self in a few days.
I still have a few things to get done around the house to get things back as they should be, so I think I shall Flickr and head off to do that. No point in procrastinating, right?
Hope everyone has had a good day.

Water is sooooooooooooooo refreshing =)
how's weekend?
talking about the earthquake and tsunami that recently happened in Japan, some people said that now only they can see people care about others, people start praying, people talking philosophy, people throw opinions and others. at least there are still people that care, concern and pray even it's "seasonal-based".
how about us? where are we?
semoga hidup kita hari ke hari sentiasa diberkati. Insya-Allah.
A thin spear of Mary Washington asparagus dripping with mist droplets that have merged into larger droplets of a refreshing thirst quencher.

Vintage Boston. Night game at Fenway Park, from my office in Kenmore Square.
Shot probably taken in 1972, scanned from a just-found negative.
This is not a HDR image. Another try on digital blending. This image was composed from 3 exposure.
Hope you like it as much as I do!
Looking Refreshed after months of not being in service; First Great Western class 150261 in the revised FGW plain blue livery at Cheltenham Spa after ariving from Westbury 23-11-14
Refreshing plans for an afternoon so warm even the most rambunctious squirrels are moving at an ambling pace. Word puzzles and ginger-peach iced tea in front of a fan until dinner. Thanks for stopping by and keep cool.😎
A little sign of life from me, it's been a while again. Hope everyone's fine out there! :)
This is one of 3 sneak peeks of Kasumi with her new Face up I did some time ago. It was the third try on her and definitely the best result I had for her since then, when you ask me. I totally love it and I'm much satisfied, what's definitely rare for me. XD *lol* My most favourite part of her is the lip blushing with the two-toned lip lines (white and brown colored). It was a kind of little experiment with the lip lines and I'm fully happy with how it came out. <333 *love*
I know she definitely looks much different than before, she looks much more naturally now with a tiny bit more colors. Also she got another style this time for this pictures for some reasons, but she's still herself and that's the main important thing for me. :)
Hope you'll like Kasumis new look, too! <333

That's the point that I like the most to reach when doing sports:) When I'm tired as hell and just longing for some water, and than I get it...It rereshes me, cools me down...And it's simple.Just water..
I got wet and cold so fast during this experiment, so I had to stop after a few tries:) I wanted to shot it with wide aperture, to get the spreading drops out of focus(as bokeh). But this way it was not so easy to keep the key parts sharp enough...I wish it was summer and i had time to get the perfect one:)
