We had a wonderful tour of the lighthouse, the views were amazing from the top!

A message made of reflector lights, at the Albany Bulb. I'd love to shine a flashlight on this after dark and see it light up.

I was working on homework for my lighting in photography class. I wasn't able to practice lighting with a real person so I used a doll! My Grandma gave me this doll after I graduated nursing school and it was the best thing I had to take pictures of! Here I was trying to do side lighting with no fill. I need a mannequin like we use in class!

I had my last lighting in photography class tonight which makes me kinda sad. :-( I have really enjoyed all the classes I took in regards to photography. Tonight only 3 of us showed up. It was a fun class as always! She brought studio lighting and was playing with gels and made a gobo. I came home and decided to play around with some purple cellophane I have on my reflector light. I put the before and after into one file. I have been trying to figure how to do that and I finally accomplished it tonight!!! :-)

We were using the colored gel for backlight which here I just used it for my main light source. This has inspired me to get the instructions out on how to make a ghetto studio from diyphotography.net!

Another Drive-by photo from the passinger's seat. I like the perspective that you find by capturing roadside moments. The reflector lights show up as a pattern which adds interest. I like how the one tree mimics the sign.

Another of my attempt a window lighting and reflector lighting.

This is Erma - our model that we use occasionally in my photography classes I have taken! We were playing around with light. I believe in this picture that the light was in front with a reflector underneath her. I could be wrong! We took a lot of pictures!
