This image is a single frame, not a composite or double exposure. I make use of glass and puddles to bring a different dimension to some of my images. Additionally I use a polarized filter in order to find the best possible reflection by avoiding unwanted glare or shiny surfaces.

Today when I exited the train to go to school, there was a guy putting a bunch of stuff he didn’t need outside for people to take. I spoke to him about his art and he draws. I picked up a few books and a sketching kit from him because his drawings really inspired me. I guess I’m going to be drawing now. This photo was taken with a self portrait mirror that was included in the kit. I might find some other creative ways to photograph with it, despite the fact that it’s made for drawing and not photography.

Unedited window reflection of the Media Markt of Amsterdam. Taken with a Sony HX200V. No editing, no magic tricks, no Photoshop :)
Every 2 weeks or so I go on a little bike trip to some remote village or forgotten area of Amsterdam (like the Southeast, where the Media Markt is situated and where I took these shots) and write an article about it for the 'Dam in 60 minutes' series in 'The Sentinel', a magazine that shares the love for the best city in the world and everything around it with the rest of the planet. If you want to enjoy these fun journeys too, you can do so by virtually going with me here :)

One of series of reflections on ferrofluid. My aim is to use ferrofluid to reflect light in ways never seen before
This was a sunny, spring day in Somerset, in central New Jersey. The reflections in the lake and building seemed to add to the beauty of the blooming tree.

Getting back to some of my pics that I took a couple weeks ago. We were leaving the park & we came across this puddle. So...of course I want the kids to get in it..haha...their mom, not so sure. In the end..the kids did get to play and I got a few cute reflection pictures :) I'd say it was a win/win!
