Lyme Park is a large estate located south of Disley, Cheshire. The estate is managed by the National Trust and consists of a mansion house surrounded by formal gardens, in a deer park in the Peak District National Park. The house is the largest in Cheshire.
The estate was granted to Sir Thomas Danyers in 1346 and passed to the Leghs of Lyme by marriage in 1388. It remained in the possession of the Legh family until 1946 when it was given to the National Trust. building house manor architecture palladium
The ever changing light and resulting reflections on the facade of 163 King Street West office building. Located in the financial district of Toronto.
Continuing with the anticyclonic grey theme - this time with fine Autumn reflections in Buttermere lake.
Another look through the Nicola Valley and big fluffy white clouds are circulating. The inclement weather we had encountered on our way in dissipated and once again changed the landscape.
This time, we are at the second lake and the reflections are strong. The white clouds reflect well in the blue waters from the sky. A short pullout, a quick setup and then on to the next opportunity.

The flower is from my Tree Hydrangea this summer. At whatever stage (color) you pick the flower, that's the color it stays! Picked this one just when it started getting cold out. Flowers were still green but turning deep pink. It's just been sitting in a vase for a few months and is totally dry and crunchy. ;-)

I have been going through my photos from our trip to the UK in 2015 and came across this beautiful photo of reflections over a loch somewhere between Invermorrison and Fort George.
Very dark Birch tree trunks reflected in the waters of a ditch next to a wet woodland, the base of these trees were well under water.
