Here is a video of timelapses taken during my Reflection Canyon trip from 3/31/2019 to 4/3/2019. It was such an unforgettable experience to witness the nature beauty in such a low water level.
High contrast and a drop in brightness meant I could draw the colours and shapes out from this one. The problem with trying to take this kind of shot successfully is to manage NOT to fall in!
I can see a veiled woman for a start... :)
Reflections at Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland at night. Weather conditions were near ideal for reflections. It was a calm night and a clear moonlit sky. Long exposure taken with my Camera mounted on my Manfrotto 190 tripod.

Designed in the 1960s by the firm I.M. Pei & Partners (Araldo Cossutta and I. M. Pei, design partners), the 14-acre (57,000 m2) Christian Science Plaza along Huntington Avenue includes a large administration building, a colonnade, a reflecting pool, Reflection Hall, and fountain that together make it one of Boston's most visually recognizable sites and a popular tourist attraction.[8]

Spent the New Year out in the land yacht hunkered down in the Sierra foothills partaking in a 4 year tradition that will change next year because of this park's weak backbone when it comes to enforcing their "rules"...
Needless to say,
HAPPY NEW YEAR FLICKrHEADS...
A prop for one of my tiny bears... a friend found it for me at a flea market... I never did find or make the right bear to ride it. Every so often some of the little guys find it and play with it...but, it always ends up back in a drawer....
I dug it out for 'Connections 2020'...
A popular nightspot in Singapore for tourists and photographers, the building on the left is the distinctive Durian, the spectacular concert hall with triangular shades on the roof which liken it to a giant form of the notorious/famous local aromatic fruit.

Reflection of Boston in the Charles river. The river had thawed for a day and the resulting water layer above the ice makes for a great mirror.

R: Reflection
Mirror, Mirror, on the wall....This theme is all about your doll's reflection looking back at him/her in some way. You can include a reflection into your photo in multiple ways: From your doll applying makeup at her mirrored vanity, to him checking out his own reflection in his car's rearview mirror. Wanting to consider less traditional means than a mirror? Think reflective surfaces such as windows, bodies of water, and even sunglasses. Finally, you may also use photography/editing effects to create the illusion of mirror image photography.
For this theme, I felt driven to make a statement about how young girls are forced more and more these days to judge themselves based on beauty and body image. They are everywhere surrounded by images bombarding them with what they should look like; Instagram, Photoshop, Facebook, Snapchat. Younger and younger girls are exhibiting themselves to the world to be admired. And many more are hating themselves for not reaching the standards of beauty they see around them leading to wretchedness and misery, self harm and self destruction. The reflection they see in the mirror is never good enough.
