By making this argument, the traditional hydration pack companies hoped to say, "Go ahead, buy those pressurized hydration packs, but you won't be able to carry anything other than water...."
A healthy lifestyle is all you need to reduce the risk of stroke and maintain a healthy heart. Lots of veggies and whole grains, physical activities, maintaining cholesterol and blood sugar levels can give you a healthy heart.

Old, circa ~2009 lawn mower left on the side of the road around here ("broken"). Washed off the grime, cleaned the rust off the spark plugs, changed the oil, and it was running as good as new! (sold it to someone else on Craiglist for a tidy profit last week ;-)
The Student Art Alliance of MTSU created this installation using abandoned printer paper gathered from the library recycling bins. The goal of the installation was to raise awareness and reduce paper waste. Photo by Kristen West.
