It's Ascension Day weekend in the Netherlands, and for me, that means a 4-day weekend. 😀 And I'm probably going to be sleeping most of the time! 😴
It's almost the end of the school year and I'm exhausted... and I can't wait for the summer holidays!
But you know what? Even though work has been hectic, I absolutely love teaching and I cannot imagine not being around students. ❤️
(and yes, those same students can be very annoying.. 😅)
As I watch my parents happily grow old in a world that's cruel and unfair, I'm just reminded to cherish each day because it's not guaranteed.. to be grateful that I'm healthy.. and to choose mental well-being over everything else. 🙏

I never really thought I'd be on the cover of a magazine. My goal in modelling was always to work with clients and to create art, which I've been lucky enough to do for the last 20 years. Occasionally I've featured in magazines for clients or creative shoots but I never saw myself as a cover girl. When we shot this series, we were aiming for publication and I was thrilled to hear they were accepted and genuinely shocked when I heard they'd picked one of our shots for the cover.
Without any doubt though, I wouldn't have stood a chance without working with the best. This team really made my job easy and I'm so thankful for them. Thanks to these incredibly talented people for making it happen <3
