The television mast overlooking my hometown of Strabane, I think this image took me a wile to capture just right. I stood in the freezing cold but I'm happy with the outcome and how the light pollution from Strabane town and the mast lights gave this red stormy look

*One* of the reception rooms at Cliffe Castle in Keighley. The family held music concerts and recitals in here.
Cliffe Castle is a wonderful place (the park it's set in is lovely too) if you have an hour or so spare and find yourself in or around Keighley. It's recently reopened after a refurb and very nice it all looked too. Sadly the tea room was shut today... stomped my feet a bit at that but all these treasures soon made me forget :)

The National Guard's Outstanding Soldiers and Airmen of the Year were honored with a reception in the Pentagon's Hall of Heroes. Lt Gen Joseph Lengyel, Vice Chief of the National Guard Bureau, and Chief Master Sergeant Denise Jelinski-Hall, the Senior Enlisted Leader of the National Guard Bureau officiated the ceremony. The reception at Gallery 50 on First Friday.
This shows the application of the D750's articulated monitor in Live View. I was holding the camera overhead as far as I could reach with the LCD aimed down so I could see what I was doing. I used to do this with the "best guess" technique, which could take 3 or 4 shots. This required only one.
This camera is quickly changing what I think of as "low light."
