today is another 'not feeling so well' day. so i'll keep this short. i think i found a texture i like for certain types of photographs that won't make my program crash! which is a good thing. so yay :)

USS Baker BHRP014 'The Curious Incident of the Missing Valet' (231004)
Background: Crewman Albert Blackwood is celebrating a birthday on 231004. Because of this, several crew members of the USS Baker have been persuaded to go into the holodeck on 231001 to begin the enactment of a story inspired by the writings of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and his ancient novels about a character called Sherlock Holmes. Holmes is a masterful detective who solves complex mysteries through deductive reasoning, keen observation skills, and his logical approach. Blackwood has suggested two or three visits to the holodeck over the week, keeping duty shifts and the interest level of participants in mind. He’d like the story to conclude on his birthday.
Captain Toocool, having ascertained that the Baker's current circumnavigation of an unknown planetary system brought no new concerns to light, gave the order to stand down from Yellow Alert. She agreed with the XO that the crew needed some recreation time, and was not adverse to some members of the off-duty Sigma bridge crew complying with Crewman Blackwood's wish to enact a 'cosplay.' He met her in the hallway and begged her to come, as he needed, he asserted, 'someone commanding' to play the role of an innkeeper in the story. She reluctantly agreed - for a short time, and walked away grumbling at herself - and at Cheryl for introducing this sort of silliness. Recreation was all very good. Crew should work out, or walk, or even go dancing. Acting! She'd never acted in her life.
After much discussion (and some persuasion), the rest of the participating crew have each been assigned a character to play in the story. Understanding that it might take too long to play the whole story from beginning to end, a location has been chosen and characters will use their writing and expository skills to explain what has happened before the specific scene, and then proceed with the mystery.
We therefore enter the Holmes-inspired plot at the White Horse Inn (231001):
MR SHELDON HOMES, accompanied by DOCTOR JOY WATTS and a gentleman, SIR SMEDLEY SMYTHE, entered the White Horse Inn on a foggy Sunday evening. Homes and Watts, masquerading as agents from the London Department of Hygiene, proceeded to use the evidence of a rat hair in a meat pie to force the Inn owner, one MRS AGATHA THISTLEWOOD to comply with their requests for information. Unwilling to risk the reputation of her establishment, Mrs Agatha pointed the finger at her barmaid, one MISS CONSTANCE ASHBOURNE, who denied knowing anything about the contamination of the meat pie or the visits of MR REGINALD BRUNTON, Sir Smedley's respected Valet, who has now been missing for two days (along with his master's bottle-green peak-collared cutaway coat). LADY ARABELLA WHITFIELD, a mysterious upper class guest at the Inn, made the acquaintance of Ser Smedley and shared a glass of wine with him whilst commiserating with him on the loss of his missing Valet, a man she obviously did not know and would never have met, even once.
After this initial visit Mr Homes and Doctor Watts and the complainant, Sir Smedley (who had most annoyingly insisted on coming along on their investigation), left for the night, promising to return again soon.

IT IS NOW MORNING, and the bar at the Inn is quiet except for staff who are still trying to find out, amongst themselves, who did what, with whom, and why. MRS AGATHA THISTLEWOOD insists on questioning her staff. MISS CONSTANCE ASHBOURNE resists the implication she was involved with MR REGINALD BRUNTON. Hard-working and brow-beaten tweeny, TILLY BAXTER, is terrified she will be accused of putting hairs in pies. Soon there is a knock at the door, and INSPECTOR ANNABEL SHIELDS of SCOTLAND YARD insists on being allowed entry. She has come to the White Horse Inn to ask questions about the disappearance of Brunton, which had been reported to the local police. The writ finally wound its way to SY, and Shields was assigned to follow it up. Just as she enters, an interloper pushes her way into the Inn, most insistently. She is quickly identified as MISS GWEN ROTH, a maid at the Smythe Household, who is (unknown to the others) secretly engaged to the missing Valet!

I chose this image because I drew it so I think that it portrayed my reasoning of what I thought that this fact was about. I thought that it was about how the atoms were being passed on from a regular person to another person to a magical dog to a alien. I liked how I showed that atoms live for so long because as time was passing it went to a magical dog and magical dogs don’t exist yet. So that, shows that time goes on for a long time and that they travel for billions and billions of years.
Is there any “wear and tare” to the atoms can they rip apart?
When do stop living to they just disappear? Do they die?
