Turn left onto Burnt Bridge Road and the entrance to Green Summers will be on your right. From I-75: I-75N to I-575 North to exit 19 (Canton Hwy/ GA 20), travel east on GA 20. Turn left on Hwy 369. Go approx. 9.8 miles and turn right on Wallace Tatum Road. (Approx 1/4 mile) to left on Burnt Bridge Road. Green Summers will on the right.

And yes, that's BNSF St. Croix Sub mainline just off the back of the house with the Mississippi River just beyond that. We closed on Feb. 15th and several of our Wisconsin relatives are keeping an eye on the place until we make our final move out of Texas in April or May.

A return to HDR. I took a small one month vacation back home this past June. Here's the second in a new set from Chicago. This is the Realtor Building on Michigan Ave. I haven't worked with HDR in several months, but it's a style I enjoy. I hope you enjoy these, too!

On Tuesday, December 6, from 4 – 9PM, Pittsford celebrated its 40th annual Candlelight Night. Pittsford’s Village streets were filled with holiday cheer and the sounds of live music, carolers and sleigh bells. Holiday lights will twinkle in the night as will the hundreds of luminaries that line the sidewalks and streets. It was the perfect night for shopping, dining, and enjoying holiday festivities. Town Hall was open and visitors can stop by for some cider and cookies. In addition to refreshments, many local merchants will offer special sale items. There’s also a holiday craft activity and book sale at the Library and even a bonfire at Northfield Common.
A Pittsford tradition, Candlelight Night provides an evening of fun for the whole family. There will be three (3) different tree lightings, Santa and Mrs. Claus sightings, and free horse-drawn wagon rides all night long between the center of the village and the canal

Aware Bear Computers staff had the pleasure to meet many visitors during the course of the festival. The 2011 Festival was a special one, many Pittsford NY residents attended the festivities.

The free horse-drawn wagon rides will offer four (4) pick up / drop off stops: the Del Monte Lodge (41 North Main St.); Northfield Common parking lot; the Sam Patch pavilion at Schoen Place; and at the Four Corners (Main & State streets). There will also be three (3) Santa sightings around Town – Nothnagle Realtors on South Main Street (6 – 9PM), Harmony in Wood at Northfield Common (6 – 8PM) and The Coal Tower Restaurant in Schoen Place (6 – 9PM). Mrs. Claus will share stories and treats with children at Historic Pittsford’s Little House (18 Monroe Avenue) from 6 – 8PM. Aware Bear Computers (5 Monroe Avenue) served hot drinks and refreshments.
Supervisor Bill Carpenter, Mayor Robert Corby and WARM 101.3 morning host Tony Infantino hosted three separate tree lightings; the first is at 5:30PM at the Sam Patch Pavilion in Schoen Place. Two more tree lightings followed at 6:15PM at the Four Corners (Main & State Streets) in front of the Phoenix Building and at 7:00PM at the main entrance of Northfield Common. The Holy Spirit Greek Orthodox Church Choir performed at the 7PM tree lighting.
This annual holiday event is sponsored by Pittsford Village Merchants, the Pittsford Chamber of Commerce, the Del Monte Lodge Hotel and Spa, ESL Federal Credit Union, Rotary Club of Pittsford, the Village of Pittsford, the Town of Pittsford, and WARM 101.3.
