I came to the realization recently that since I started my new job, I have become increasingly lethargic and pudgy. So, I decided to start sacrificing a half hour of sleep and getting up early to go for a morning jog/exercise session. Today was my first time running in almost five months. I used to run up to the Disney Channel building to pick MelissaAmy7 up from work, but my current schedule prohibits such doings, and I am now forced to run for the sheer health benefit of it. Thank god I've got my iPod to keep me company.
