Revisiting Rainbow Falls just below Rossport where the early bird gets the shot, my kind of morning, my kind of landscape and even more important my kind of light. Getting set up on a shot location under headlamp and waiting for the sun to kiss the treetops is an exercise in patience something I sorely lack but photography has instilled in me nevertheless. Lack of morning leisure time may be a side effect of my hobby but it is more than made up for in the lightshow put on by nature almost every morning I trade sleep for memory.
I took this on Sept 22nd, 2021 with my D850 and Tamron 24-70 f2.8 G2 Lens at 24mm, 30s, f8 ISO 64 processed in LR, PS +Topaz ,and DXO
Disclaimer: My style is a study of romantic realism as well as a work in progress

Oswaldo Guayasamin is an Ecuadorian artist of the second half of the XXᵉ century, designated as an expressionist painter of social realism. Strongly inspired by South American art, he devoted much of his life to painting misery, exploitation, oppression, dictatorship and racism.
Welcome to Lecce the Baroque wonder of Apulia and depending on where you find parking this may be the first sight to greet you not Baroque itself but hinting at the wonderfully elegant viewing experience that awaits you.
The city gate pictured here is called Porto Napoli and was built to honor Charles V the Holy Roman Emperor of the day on his visit to the city, the gate itself was modeled after the Roman triumphant arches and certainly cast an impressive figure I am sure Charles was suitably impressed I know I was.
Lecce is well know to Italians but a hidden gem from tourists that flock the more well known parts of Italy which is not a shame in my opinion the city while filed with visitors during the high season doesn’t have that touristy feel and provides an authentic experience for those looking for one, I selfishly hope it remains somewhat unknown.
I took this on Sept 24, 2016 with my D750 and Nikon 24-85 f3.5-4.5 Lens at 24mm 1/50s f/18 ISO 360 processed in LR, PS +Lumenzia, Topaz , and DXO

.♥. Realism Art?
...No, it isn't.
The image is taken during the beginning of sunset in the Black Forest mountains.
There is the autumnal Temperature Inversion these days. I'm every year enthusiastic if this special weather phenomenon appears.
Nevertheless, particularly this image reminds me a bit of Realism Art by Edward Hopper..
Perhaps this impression results from the contrast of the inversion layer and the still green
meadows up in the mountains...
________
Kunst (Realismus)?
