Из картофеля, настаивают на травах, включая анис, протом заливают в хересовые бочки и на корабле провозят два раза через экватор. В результате смены температур, взбалтывания и разной влажности приобретает некий вкус. Попробовал - из-за аниса всё равно пектусин. :)
