Today has been a tricky one. Kara still isn't great and we made the decision this morning that she probably wasn't well enough to go to her friend's birthday party this afternoon. So we have had another housebound day and cabin fever has set in. The girls are either winding each other up or falling out. Tim has closeted himself in the garage doing some DIY - a coincidence? I think not!! That leaves me alternating between being a nurse and a referee. I know some crazy people are doing a dry January. My alcohol consumption has definitely ramped up over the last 5 days. Now, where is that rum.......
I had a tight deadline to get these covers done so I couldn't really labor over them like I wish I could. But here's my best effort using screen captures a Criterion template and roughly 30 minutes per cover.

This has been a rough week so this is the best I could do. You can sort of see my hands holding the phone in the reflection.
Man Seeks Woman.
I enjoy candle light dinners.
Rachmaninoff
and
Romantic summer evening walks on the beach.
I also like coming home from work
and
leaving my clothes in whatever room
I decide to take them off in.
I like drinking milk from the carton
Eating potato chips from the package in the living room,
in bed and while explaining where I have been all day.
I love tilting the bag over my mouth
To get the very last few smashies.
I also like
Snacking near or over the kitchen sink.
I love the
Three Stooges, Cartoons and Bruce Springsteen
My favorite film is Plan 9 From Outer Space.
I don’t care if my socks match
or if my car is clean.
I hate going to
Weddings
Baby showers
To films with Julia Roberts in them.
And more than likely having my future inlaws over for the holidays.
I don’t throw away my old
Underwear
Tee-shirts
Socks
Towels.
I find dogs that hump people’s legs hilarious.
I love to belly laugh.
And did I say Cartoons?
I like wearing sweats in the evening
But
Prefer that you to wear something smaller than an iPod. (mini or nano)
When I was fourteen I could belch the entire alphabet in one shot.

Destiny stood in the candle light, reading his book, as he always does, and as he always shall.
his shadow was impressive on our wall, so he got his picture taken. i don't think he minded. if he did, he didn't say anything, just kept up with his list.
Part of a series of images showing the blur of the faceless rush hour in London. Umbrellas are seen scattered across the image as commuters rush home in the rain.

We eat homemade gluten free pancakes a lot. Once a week, if not more. And not just for breakfast, sometimes for dinner. Okay, usually for dinner. I make homemade blueberry syrup every time. Dump a bag of frozen blueberries into a sauce pan with a splash of water, spin them around in the vita mix after they're bubbled for awhile, add a splash of lemon and a sprinkle of stevia, and then pour it over our fluffy cakes.
Its a way of life.
