Reverend Richard Frederick Palmer 1841-1879, Rector of Clopton, Suffolk was born 1841 at Newton Bushell, Devon the son of Richard Palmer and Lucy Palmer. He married Julia Jane Frost 12th February 1862 at Thorpe Episcopi, Norfolk. She was the daughter of William Frost and Caroline Frost. She died in 1885 at Lowestoft, Suffolk. Solicitors Whites Renard & Co, 28 Budge Row, Cannon Street and Whites Renard & Pomeroy, Wymondham, Norfolk

 

Julia De Roubigne Beevor Fulcher born 16th December 1806 was the daughter of Mary Fulcher. She married Edward Palmer Clarke, Solicitor, on 8th June 1846 at Wymondham, Norfolk. Edward born 29th November 1796 (before his parents’ Caudell Clarke and Sarah Goldson marriage on 28th February 1797) at Morley, St. Buttolph, he died 14th December 1872. Julia along with his brother William Robert Clarke were the Trustees named in his Will. William R Clarke died 1880.
