We would like to thank the people who, in their own ways, gave these kids their smiles last Christmas. It is with a joyful heart to see them feel that they are our brothers and sisters.
We aim to pursue our dream of helping these kids experience the Christmas they truly deserve, not just last year, but every Christmas of every child. With the guidance of the Almighty, and the support of our brothers and sisters, we shall continue to strive to be men for others.
The 4A class batch '96 of Kong Hua School and friends would like to thank all benefactors who in their own special ways helped and supported us in giving joy and smiles to the children living near the dumpsite in Dagong, Carmen.
This was inspired from a scene in the anime Attack on Titan. A man tells his story of pain to some folks right before hanging himself the next day. Left them wondering why? That being said…As a person who’s lost so many friends to drugs and suicide, just know, you are loved. You are needed. You have folks that would trade the world to destroy your sadness/depression. You matter…if you are feeling that there’s nothing left, please reach out to someone…It’s worth it. Hell, my messenger is open and available. I may not know you, but you are worth my time, anytime. If you have no one else, I will be that person. Much love, stay safe, stay up, and stay alive!❤️
