Suquet de rape i almejas. Una preparación tan canónica como virtuosa y difícilmente superable en la que destacan tanto el producto (brutal el rape y perfectas las almejas) como el resultado (las patatas, redondas y tiernas, captaron todo el sabor del suquet, como debe ser). Impecable.

Truly awful trains, and ones I refuse to travel on. At least if you drive, or travel on a London Midland Desiro, you can get a comfortable seat, leg-room, and a window! Also, by sticking to my preferred travel methods, you do not need to wrap your face with items of clothing in an attempt to avoid inhaling, smelling, or even tasting the awful stench of other passengers excrement. Also of note is that this shot has now been ruined forever by awful silver prison fencing. Not that there`s anything left to photograph anyway.
