This past Thanksgiving I had alot to be grateful and thankful for. I have an amazing support system and people who love me dearly and deeply. I have someone who appreciates me and insists on letting me know how much they care about me on a regular basis. I am reminded that often we don't know what God has planned for us down the road but he knows. When things look like they can't get no worse, trust and believe and let him direct your ways. When you do, you will receive a great blessing. These past few months the blessings have been overflowing. I don't take them for granted. I lived across from the same old "Farmers Market" building for 8 years. It's not really a Farmers Market, as it's more a shack. A couple months ago someone bought the property and has been renovating it. Early this week I was thinking about how it would be cool if they renovated the retro Farmers Market sign. And this morning a guy was on a ladder fixing it! Mind power. I thought about it, and it happened!.

In all of us, we have the ability to reason. This is what makes us so unique from anything else that calls our Earth home.

We can see the good in people or the bad, we can choose to be nice or nasty and we can be optimistic or pessimistic. What we feel and what we say can have profound effects on the people around us that we care the most for, or could care less about.

It is our decision to choose how we wish to be and what we choose to see... so I pose this question; When you look at this photograph do you see an old washed up, half-buried useless log or do you see a Dolphin dancing on the sand?

It was a good morning out here in this park where I've taken a number of shots recently. The sun was just starting to get high up in the sky. People were walking the trails, some with their dogs by their sides. There was still the cool dew on the wide grassy area, great to walk barefoot through. The place was perfect. After finishing this I just hung out on this same spot just to relax and take in the calming atmosphere.

Thing is, by the time I headed back to my car the heat and humidity were beating down on me and the dew was getting warm under my feet, not too cool to walk on anymore.

i guess this is an odd take or nod to the endings of a Doogie Howser episode (minus a computer and a lesson).

this clip is basically me writing and looking at the page thru the viewfinder on a phone.

it sounds simple enough, but the hand speed vs the delay on a screen was...well you saw. :-P

anyway, this is my first video and first upload ever. hopefully i can get some better footage, better ideas and make better use of this format.
