Floating down through the clouds,
memories come rushing up to meet me now,
and in the space between the heavens,
in the corner of some foreign field,
I had a dream.
I had a dream.

I had a random lunch of just McDonald fries today with ketchup. I also had a really random thought while eating them. Sometimes in life it feels we all have a "tear here" written on us somewhere. Then that certain someone says a something or does something that makes it feel like they just ripped the "tear here" part. Now all your ketchup is forever exposed and there is no fix. Anyway, that's what I wanted to ramble about today :)
Some people don't see the forest for the trees. They are always looking elsewhere for that something when all along what they wanted was right before their eyes. It's a shame when you realize it too late. {Random Thought 4.5.13}
Do unto others as you would have them to do unto you. Not hard to understand nor is it an unreasonable expectation. It's amazing how some folks can't seem to get that concept down no matter how many opportunities you give them. (Random Thought 9.22.15)

Sometime I wish I could have ______. It doesn't seem like much to ask for, but it seems that getting what I want from that particular person seems impossible. I will see if what I said I wanted, I will get this time. {Random Thought 1.18.14}
(the sticky note should say, "consecutive EVEN numbers")
Earlier in the day I tweeted about thinking of trying to get a receipt with 8/10/12 14:16. But who has receipts with 24-hour time?
Without even thinking I went to the bank to get some laundry quarters. As she was plunking the rolls onto the counter, I exclaimed, "oh wow!" She must have thought I never saw that many quarters before. But then I showed her my receipt. "Look! It's consecutive even numbers--almost. Isn't that cool?"
She said, "oh my, that is pretty nice." And then she looked at her monitor and said, "oh my monitor is telling me you are one of our preferred customers and that I should introduce you to our manager."

Thinking about yesterday, thinking about now, thinking about tomorrow. Yesterday's regrets provides opportunities for even more possibilities tomorrow. Making sure I maintain an optimistic attitude through it all
Every object that you see casts a shadow. Nature has it's own way of showing things in dual colored modes. The colored object and a greyscale shadow that the object casts. Makes me think, how every object has two sides of it; the actual colours and the grey/black shadow colour it casts. More variations as in transparent, translucent and opaque objects. Looking at a shadow one could probably tell what the actual object might look like and was made of.

Well, today was busy for me for the most part, but I did manage to get that rough draft finished and turned in for class and discussion posts replied to there also.
Good day today, although it seems as if it is staying hotter in our house than it is outside..which stinks. :P Got to talk to my son today in NY..it was good to hear from him. =o)

Whatever life brings my way, adversity, uncertainty, and unexpected surprises, I know that with you by side and standing firm in my corner, I will survive. People may fail me, discount me and sometime even abandon me when I least expect it, but you have never done that. You have always provided for me when I needed and even when I thought I didn't need it. Thank you heavenly father for loving me and accepting me unconditionally. {Random Thought 8.17.10}

wore this vintage jacket to work today; day one of the color project -- today is orange day. Also, as this is burnt orange, it fits into the Year of Color project, too! Who would have thought this jacket would full so many niches of my life.
