Cast members perform during a rehearsal at the Vicenza Soldiers’ Theatre Sept. 24.
Soldiers’ Theatre opens Sept. 27 with “Random Laughter”, a production of short comedies where laughter is the prime ingredient.
The short comedies include: Oprah Made Me Do It; The Hard Cel; Check Please; Eve & Adam: The Untold Story; Forty to Life; Finger Food; 1-800 and Nice Tie.
“‘Random Laughter’ is the perfect chance to get away from it all and relax, enjoy and laugh at a hilarious collection of short adult comedies here at Soldiers’ Theatre,” said Jerry Brees, U.S. Army Garrison Vicenza Soldiers’ Theatre director.
Each short comedy explores a slice of life and includes stories that are as much fun for the actors as they are for the audience according to Brees.
“The extremely talented cast will keep the audience laughing for the entire performance,” he added.
Performances will be Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m.
Ticket Price is $12. Make reservations at 634-7281 or 0444-71-7281.

Here in Wyoming, random checkpoints are illegal by law enforcement - except in national parks, in which case they must advertise the forthcoming checkpoint in the legal ads of the prominent local newspaper.
A workaround for this restriction is to train non-LE agents to do the dirty work. Here, a tourist is stopped by drug sniffing moose before being allowed to continue his otherwise peaceful drive.

The mystery artist, who goes by the name Random, has left his mark on the side of the The Stag Inn, in Bagillt.
Random’s latest portrait is of an old miner, who is believed to be a former worker in the Bettisfield Colliery.
The black and white stencilled drawing, dubbed The Miner, is the latest offering in Random’s Flintshire industries collection, which are inspired by the old working class industries in the county.
Random first hit the headlines two years ago when his intricate portraits started to appear on buildings and objects across the county.
Previous masterpieces have included The Courtald’s Girls, The Steelworker and The Salmon Fisherman.
