Die Reisegeht weiter Richtung Graskop
God's Window (Gottes Fenster) liegt an der Abrißkante des Escarpment und beeindruckt jeden Besucher durch einen weiten und beeindruckenden Blick auf das tiefer liegende Lowveld in der Umgebung vom Krugerpark.
Die majestätischen Klippen stürzen über 700 Meter ins Tal hinab.
Die Sehenswürdigkeit liegt nördlich von Graskop und am Rande der Drakensberge in Mpumalanga.
Ein Blick in das weite Tal und Sie werden verstehen, warum es Gottes Fenster heißt.
Rechts ist nicht Herbst sondern es hat gebrannt.

Several years ago I discovered the first swallowtails on the outskirts of my home. This one sat on a mild, windless Sunday morning on the blossom of a wild carrot close to the path. In a light drizzle it just didn't want to fly away, so I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful specimen extensively.
Vor etlichen Jahren entdeckte ich am Rande meines Wohnortes die ersten Schwalbenschwänze. Dieser hier saß an einem milden, windstillen Sonntagmorgen auf der Blüte einer wilden Möhre nah am Weg. Bei leichtem Nieselregen wollte er einfach nicht wegfliegen, so dass ich ausgiebig Gelegenheit hatte, dieses schöne Exemplar zu fotografieren.

The Subway, a fantastic location on the edge of Zion National Park/Utah/USA, which can be reached after a 3-hour hike.
In the late morning in mid-September you get indirect light in the rock tunnel without the direct sun burning out individual parts of the picture.

El puente de Rande es un mítico y majestuoso viaducto con tirantes que forma parte de la Autopista del Atlántico
Para los habitantes de las comarcas de Vigo y del Morrazo ha sido siempre muy difícil las comunicaciones y el comercio entre estas dos tierras.
Lo que se separa sólo 4 km por mar en línea recta, se tenía que hacer por tierra, en un viaje de 45 km por carretera estrecha y llena de curvas.
No fue hasta principios de los años 80 cuando por fin se abrió al tráfico un gigantesco puente que uniría la parte más estrecha de la ría.
Se eligió el Estrecho de Rande, donde la ría se estrecha hasta los 800 m y la base es sólida para poder apoyar los grandes pilares de este puente.
Se convirtió así en un gran elemento dinamizador ya que acortó la distancia de desplazamiento alrededor de un 80 % entre las poblaciones de la península del Morrazo y de la comarca de Pontevedra.

Hunting lodge Falkenlust
Approx. 2.5 km from Augustusburg Castle in Brühl, on the edge of the extensive castle park, lies the hunting lodge Falkenlust, one of the favorite hunting lodges of the Elector and Archbishop of Cologne, Clemens August (1700/-61).
In just a few years, between 1729 and 1737, one of the most intimate and precious creations of German Rococo was created according to the plans of the Electoral Bavarian court architect François de Cuvilliés.

After a 2-hour hike to the Fanes Alpe, I stand on the edge of the Vigil river dam and look left at the "Parliament of the Marmots" and right in the background at the "Eisengabelspitze" alias "Furcia dai Fers de Fora".

Nach einer ca. 2 stündigen Wanderung zur Fanes-Alpe stehe ich am Rande der Stauung des Vigilbachs und schaue links auf das "Parlament der Murmeltiere" und rechts im Hintergrund zur "Eisengabelspitze" alias "Furcia dai Fers de Fora".

Das Palais im Großen Garten, auch bezeichnet als Sommer- oder Gartenpalais, ist ein ab 1679 errichtetes barockes Lustschloss in Dresden. Es befindet sich im Großen Garten, einer weitläufigen Grünanlage am Rande des Stadtzentrums.
Das Palais gilt als erster bedeutender Profanbau in Sachsen, der nach dem Dreißigjährigen Krieg errichtet wurde. Es ist außerdem eines der frühesten Barockbauwerke im deutschsprachigen Raum und zählt zu den kunst- und kulturhistorisch wichtigsten Gebäuden Dresdens. Es gilt als „Auftakt“ zum Dresdner Barock.

zu glücklich, meinen allerersten Martin 2018 nach einer langen Serie von leeren Sessions am Rande des Wassers präsentieren zu können, aber das war ohne auf meine grenzenlose Entschlossenheit zu setzen und wie ich es gerne sehr oft betone: Solch ein Bild kann nicht improvisiert werden, aber es verdient! Ich hoffe, anderen sehr schnell und mit anderen Einstellungen dieses schönen Vogels zu präsentieren, ich nutze auch die Gelegenheit, Ihnen allen für Ihre große Loyalität zu meiner kleinen Galerie und all Ihren Anmerkungen zu danken, die ich nicht vermisse Lesen Sie nie sehr sorgfältig.

Ein paar Häuschen schlummerten an diesem Morgen noch vor sich hin, als dicker Nebel an ihnen vorbeizog. Hier und da ein paar Straßenlaternen. Das Örtchen wirkt vor der mächtigen Nebeldecke regelrecht winzig. Die Färbung des Himmels macht dieses Bild gleich noch dramatischer und gibt einen hübschen Kontrast zu den kühlen Farben im Vordergrund.
In der Ferne sah ich diese kleine Szene und ich hoffe, dass dieses Bild die Stimmung gut transportieren kann, die ich dabei empfand.
