Lovely old fence separating the church at Leckhampton from Leckhampton Court, a short walk up the hill. The Court is now a hospice but I reckon that when it was the manor house this was the private entrance to the church for the family...

we met Lucy when we stayed on a farm outside Addo national park, she was hand reared as a baby by the owners of the farm when they discovered her next to her dead mother. Every day she visited us to greet and loved to rest her head on the railings of our upstairs balcony while we ate breakfast outdoors...

At the entrance and on the edge of Stanley Park, the Sea Wall offers a very pleasant journey. It is 22 kilometers (14 miles) in length, and is often quite busy. Wide enough to carry the marching crowd, and also enjoyable enough for others to saunter.
In this shot, the man-made stone like railing extends to the edge of the Park. This is the point where it begins, and leaves the downtown area of Vancouver. As you can also tell, colors show it is taken at sunset.
