I just played through Tomb Raider Definitive Edition the other day it was quite a fun game that inspired a minifig Lara Croft to be made and in effect inspired a picture to be taken as well. I am really satisfied with how this shot turned out and I hope you all like it. I'll post the setup shot later and go into greater detail on how I took this so stay tuned...
Rock Raiders: Rebirth
Finally added the finishing touches to this figbarf. If you guessed it was Rock Raiders, bravo to you.
I took a bit of a different route with the original set theme and added alien characters instead of the team being all human.
The idea of a more diverse group of explorers just seemed more fitting. As with other themes it's always been a 'Human Vs aliens' idea. But themes like life on Mars showed a more interesting and harmonious dynamic. It also gave me more freedom when designing the minifigures.
The overall look is rather gritty and punk like. Keeping some of the original colour schemes added a nice bit of vibrance.
I also to a leaf out of Brickstudios' book by creating some props and objects and also experimenting with classic minifigure faces for the human characters.
Well, seeing that it is back to holidays, I am well into customizing again.
With inspiration from Borderlands 2 and various other Post-Apocalyptic games, as well as some builders, here is my latest figure, representing a post-apocalyptic Raider.
I wanted to go with a man with no inhibitions, no logic, basically. Chains for armor? Get real.
I also wanted to experiment with some new pieces (namely the chain, and my custom SxS Double Barrel Shotgun).
I do hope you like this figure, please let me know what you think!
Thanks,
Chris
Have a great time guys.Thank you for comments and faves.

Tri-engined Northrop YC-125 Raider 48-8622 one of only two survivors of a total of 23 built, at the National Museum of the USAF Wright-Paterson AFB Dayton Ohio Mar 1999. At the time this and other exhibits were lined on a disused runway, but since this photo was taken all aircraft are now under cover with several new hangars having been built.

Finally! I did it!
I am very happy and I want to share my happiness with you!
I already have my Land Raider !!!
One of the fantastic and spectacular buildings that have wanted more! Now I have one! Inspired from an original of one of my favorite builders: Jerac
He gave me a great pleasure to recreate / do / think as follow to the letter the original construction only with pictures.
After talking for MP with "Jerac" and he has given me the approval and authorization to make an equal, I managed to make a detailed and rigorous construction of a "Land Raider" in 6 months. I had no help or instructions, only used it 5 or 6 photos of this building: www.flickr.com/photos/jerac/6826114764/in/photostream/
Thank www.flickr.com/photos/jerac/!
The woodland in Galloway is wonderful, dramatic and lush with lots of mosses on the dank forest floor
Truck? What truck?
Raiders of the Lost Ark has always been my favorite Indy movie due to all of the memorable scenes. One of these scenes is, of course, the truck chase. As you can see, I only included the main element of the scene: the truck!
Inside the cabin is room for a minifigure while also featuring a steering wheel. The spare tires featured in front of the cabin are attached with Lego pieces and can be easily removed (but not exactly easily replaced). On the sides, the soldiers are attached to the truck with neck brackets.
See it in action on YouTube.

Altough the Land Raider is only about 50% longer than the Predator, it weights almost 3 times more.
