Over the past few years, I've grown to appreciate seeing images as a complete body of work. I think that it says a lot about the artist's vision. Shows how one views his or her surroundings, as to one particular scene. I just really enjoy seeing photographers galleries and their travels, in return I gain inspiration from.
Today, my latest collection of images, Utah - Canyons to the Badlands, is now available for viewing. This collection of images focuses on the diverse landscapes of Utah. From the canyons of Zion, to the high deserts of southern Utah, this landscape is stark, eroded, rich, with contrast and many layers that is strikingly beautiful. I've had the opportunity to photograph these areas in all 4 seasons, and each season is as beautiful as the next. If you get some time, please view the images large on black to maximize detail.

Standing in the dark along the the Pond, waiting for the light to appear. Another morning where there may be a small chance of some color despite the heavy cloud cover. As the light slowly increases, a hint of magenta is seen above the treeline. Chances are looking better.
Brachyscome is a genus of about 90 - 100 species, most of which only occur here in Australia.
Brachyscome angustifolia 'radiant magenta' is a stunning variety of our Australian rock daisy. This compact native shrub has fine, ferny foliage and brilliant magenta pink, daisy like flowers.
Growing to around 20 cm in height by 20 cm diameter. Each flower up to 20 mm diameter.
