There's enough spots to hide it and then loop it through various harnesses to keep it from dangling.
The Fusion is a Mini ATO fuse case, but it can't use the block-style Mini ATO taps, so I ordered a set of Access-A-Fuse's and some bayonet taps just in case as a back-up. I can always use them in the Neon's, too.
...and start to tighten this side. Then move the mirror the other way and do the passenger side screws. You have a few screws to tighten, so lightly snug them all, then go back and snug in rotation again.
Don't worry about getting your finger or palm prints on the inside of the windshield to get a better angle to tighten, you can clean that later!
towards the top along the windshield line and an extra hand would be helpful, but take your time to reseat the mount with the insulator. Do NOT tighten up yet, just screw in lightly snug. (Trust me)
I can get a nice sturdy black piece of cable cover and run it over that section up to the liner so it looks even better.

Note the angle of the cord. The headliner is not attached direct to the edge - it has like an air-venting gap.
