Inspiré par une tradition indienne, la course multicolore déferle ce samedi au Parc-expo de Rennes. 11 000 participants se sont inscrits, sur la ligne de départ dès 11 h.

Après Nantes, Lille ou Lyon, c’est au tour de Rennes de s’élancer dans la Color Me Rad, ce samedi. D’après les derniers chiffres, 11 000 concurrents sont venus au Parc des expositions de Rennes aéroport, au sud de la ville

Le principe ? Un mélange de sport et de convivialité sur un parcours de 5 km, que l’on peut effectuer en courant ou en marchant. Au passage, on est aspergé de poudres multicolores. Un mélange de farine de maïs et de colorant alimentaire, « qui respecte les normes européennes, précisent les organisateurs. Cette poudre n’est pas toxique et elle disparaît au lavage… »
