Mazda RX7 at the Oldtimer Sommerfest Rastede.

Another shot of this FD RX7 that was in great shape, with the skin of a Japenese classic and the heart of an American (LS1).

This car was a couple of spots down from me in the paddock at Atlanta Motorsports Park. After talking to the owner, it had its rotary removed and replaced with a Chevy LS1 engine. Same good looking body, now with more power and reliability.

Unfortunately the picture of the front was ruined by the sun so I won't bother uploading that

This Mazda RX7 is one of the most amazing cars I have ever photographed. The Lamborghini paint was so vivid, the motor sounded amazing, and the car looks so streamlined and aggressive! I'm definitely very excited to share this with you guys!

The car belongs to Brent Villareal, the marketing director for TunerLifeStyleTV.com - an awesome online magazine. Definitely give it a look if you haven't seen it. www.TunerLifeStyleTV.com

The photoshoot was done late in the evening, we were quite short on time so I did the best I could and improvised where necessary due to a lack of equipment. Most of my good lightstands, my umbrellas, and a few other things were not with me at the time. Pardon the dull backgrounds, we didn't have alot of time to venture out and try different settings.

Brent is definitely interested in being covered in D-Sport magazine, hopefully with these photos I'll be able to grab someones attention over there and shoot again when the car is finished (soon).

Before I forget, check it out - TunerLifeStyleTV's Video Coverage of the RB7!

Let me give you a quick run down of the modifications to the car!

my mazda's front appearently no one in mocpages rated it a 1 except for spammers.

Quite a line-up to find. I think the recovery truck at the end may also have been Japanese, possibly another Mazda.

I like the look of it without a rear spoiler, definitely something to consider when I build my Tamiya kit version someday.

Quite tastefully modified, and very similar to another RX7 I uploaded earlier in the year

Tempted to flip the image, as your supposed to have cars pointed the other way, but I kinda like keeping things as they were shot.

Had this gallery wrapped canvas print made for Patrick and I have to say it is my favorite of all time. I am always proud to see my work on canvas and I am glad to say I have had a lot of my automotive shots printed in the past. But, for some reason, this one just really hits home and I hope he is as happy with it as I am!

Old photo sitting on my hard drive for months. Got bored and decided to edit it.

Maybe an Efini? It was first registered here in 1999 as a Mazda in any case.

Seems to be a regular at local events, but was only covering a low mileage for a number of years.
