Ce papillon est un mimétisme du papillon monarque. Merci France de ton observation. La ligne noire dans le bas ne trompe pas. J'en ai rarement vu, c'est pourquoi j'ai cru que c'était un papillon monarque.
After a refreshing night in Fès - I love riads - we left for a full ay along the diesel line bewteen Fès and Taourirt. Weather was looking great and we headed straight to the region where we left the day before: the barrage Idriss 1ier. The chosen photo location was top class. Blue lake, hills, and underneath the recent bridge you can see the bridge of old alignment of the railway line. What will make us remember this location even more, is the encounter with a railway employee while waiting for the train. Very friendly man, and once he learned that we're Belgian, he started shouting "Roi Baudouin". Constantly. Even from inside the bridge deck, where he had to work. Hilarious :).

Le temple de Banteay Srei (la citadelle des femmes, ou de la fortune ou de Lakshmi les deux mots sanskrits strī et śrī devenant homonymes en khmer) est situé sur le site de l'ancienne ville d'Iśvarapura (la cité du seigneur, c'est-à-dire la cité de Shiva) à 20 km au nord-est d'Angkor au Cambodge.

Banteay Srei est un temple hindou dédié à Shiva (dieu bienfaisant et destructeur). Il est situé sur l’ancien site de la ville d’Isvarapura autrement dit la cité Shiva.
Le temple a été construit en 967 par un prêtre brahmane nommé Yajnavaraha, qui était aussi le précepteur du roi Jayavarman V et le conseiller du roi Rajendravarman.
Banteay Srei a été découvert tardivement en raison de sa localisation. En effet, le temple est situé en plein milieu d’une forêt, ce qui le rendait difficile d’accès. C’est alors qu’en 1914 le lieutenant Marec découvre ce temple. Celui-ci est alors rendu entièrement visible en 1924 grâce aux archéologues de l’école française de l’Extrême Orient (EFEO).

About Khao Sam Roi Yot
Located in coast of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, it is the first marine national park of Thailand. Khao Sam Roi Yot means "The mountain with three hundred peaks" and refers to a series of limestone hills along the Gulf of Thailand with highest one at 605m above the sea level. The northwest corner of the mountain range is called Thung Sam Roi Yot and is mainly freshwater marsh covering nearly 37% of the national park which makes it the largest wetlands area in Thailand.
The main attractions of the national park are Phraya Nakhon Cave with it's iconic royal pavilion and huge chambers, Kaeo Cave and Thung Sam Roi Yot Freshwater Marsh. The park is also an attractive destination for it's rich wildlife in mangrove forests, beautiful beaches, limestone islands, trails and view points. It is easily acessible, only 60 km south from Hua Hin and nearly 3 hours from Bangkok.
