Nemi & Ro from France, pasted in Vinales, Cuba, as part of street art without borders

Hwaenamu-ro, sometimes referred to as Gyeongnidan road is a street not far from Itaewon station which is full of trendy restaurants, cafes and shops. Here you can find a great range of chic places to eat, shop or drink but don’t be surprised if you have to queue to enter some of the more popular spots. Being geographically situated on a hill approaching the Hyatt hotel, as you walk up the street you can see fantastic views of N Seoul Tower and houses built on the mountainside.

Accessible from:

Noksapyeong Station, Line 6, Exit 2.

ARTEMIDE RO

Studio B.B.P.R. 1962

Rohrbach developed the "Rohrbach Ro II' flying boat as an all-metal shoulder-winged monoplane flying boat.

At the time of the Ro II's production the Versailles Treaty forbade the construction of large aircraft in Germany so Rohrbach set up a Danish company, the 'Rohrbach-Metall-Aeroplan Co. A/S', to build the early Rohrbach aircraft. The strict regulation of the aircraft industry was relaxed in 1926 allowing the Rohrbach series to be built at the Rohrbach Metall-Flugzeugbau GmbH factory in Berlin.

First flight was on 11 November 1923 and after some trails the aircraft was sold to Japan, Mitsubishi Shoji Kaisha Ltd. Another 2 examples were v built but production was never carried out.
