What better than to follow the rhythm of nature, in these busy days that we live, where everything goes so fast. When we feel bad or we are simply saturated, it is best to disconnect in a natural environment...
I do it, I combine it with two things, with sports and with photography, many times I go running like crazy in these places with my music and sometimes I go for a walk and photograph in these places, but in both cases, I really enjoy it, and that's what it's all about for me! If you need time for yourself, try this in any natural environment! you will be fine!
Those of you who follow me regularly know about these forests that we have around here, I have dozens of photographs like this one that I try to publish little by little so as not to bore you...
It's for me a unique sensation to walk and photograph this in solitude. Yes, I really believe that the magic of this for me is doing it alone, me the camera and the forest...
