There ain't no breaking when I throw it in drive
Don't always keep it in between the lines
If you're ready for a ride pedal down state of mind
Boy I tell you what
You better buckle up
I got a heart like a truck
It's been drug through the mud
Runs on dreams and gasoline
And that ole highway holds the key
It's got a lead foot down when it's leaving
Lord knows it's taken a hell of a beating
A little bit of love is all that it's needing
But it's good as it is tough
I got a heart like a truck
Go on and see if you can knock off the dust yea
Shine it up revv it up and let it run yea
It gets a high riding off into the sun yea

Everytime I step into a Ferrari and check out the interior I love to see how not a single Ferrari is configured the same way
Last Friday an old colleague, he was my manager some time ago, invited me to go and see him fly so that I could take some picalillies of the event.
What you see is a deltawing and attached to is a Mosquito. The deltawing is from Italy and the Mosquito is from Sweden if I remember correctly. The Mosquito is a sleepingbag with an engine attached to it.
To take off, he starts running and simultaneously revvs the shit of that little engine. The wing does its thing and it lifts up and he's air airborne. Then he has to get his legs into the sleepingbag and zip up and retract the landing gear (two legs at the end). As far as he knows, he is the only one in the country who has one of these.
It's super cool. A man can fly, by himself!
This great looking Porsche GT3 was standing in London in the same street as Harrods, as you can see in the picture. It is owned by a very friendly Arabic man, when he drove off he revv'd real good and drove off very hard.
I personally think that this shot is the best nightshot I made so far.
I hope you guys like it.

Had to edit out a few bits, as goodness knows why a few cars had to revv up as they went by...

While I saw the Alfa Romeo 8C in the parking garage, this Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Bicolore passed me. It didn't matter for me, because an Alfa Romeo 8C is much more interesting than a LP560. Later I found it there parked, but the lightning was shitty. But the very nice owner made some awesome accelerations and revvs for me!
What do you think about the shot? I don't like it very much.

Wouldn't it be cool if they started that 3.5L V10 for just one minute, each hour. Not revv it. Just start it, let in gargle a bit.
Honda-e @ Tokyo Motor Show 2019.
Today was a special day. Today I drove a fully electric car for the first time. The Honda-e.
I was at the dealership (Honda Kneppers Zoetermeer) to collect my car which got repaired and I took some picallilys of the Honda-e which was parked outside. A young sales man came up to me: "You like it?". Me: "Oh I love it!" Him: "Do you want to see the interior?" Me: "Oh yes, please!".
Great interior with LCD mirrors. Wood and nice fabrics en super crispy screens. Nice size two spoke steering wheel. Rim-less windows. It has a simpleness and honestness to it. Lovely buttons with nice feedback from them. Very pleasant cabin!
Him: "You want to drive it?". Me: "yeahhhhhh!"
It is nice to drive! I'm a Honda fan girl, what do you expect me to say? :) The chassis, the suspension, feels very mature. It feels planted and it feels like a quality machine. The power delivery is natural and linear and it gives a little push in the back if you floor it. I did a little bit of light cornering and its nicely balanced and neutral. I wouldn't call it firm or dynamic or bouncy but definitely not weak or soft. Its balanced, its friendly. 225/45R17 and RWD. A little bit of highway and it is plenty quiet. Nice steering weight to it and the ratio or 'acceleration' of the steering is neutral. Natural feeling brakes. It is an absolutely lovely car and it looks so friendly. I love, love, LOVE how it looks, I want to hug it! This one was in white with black accents for the Stormtrooper vibe.
I betcha it will look bananas with a poppin' porn-red lacquer.
Pop in a 1 litre twin-turbo engine, manual transmission and some Mugen performance parts and you got yourself a perfect little machine. No wait, I changed my mind..... naturally aspirated engine for ultra quick throttle response with a three stage V-TEC that revvs up to 10.000 RPM. A three cylinder. A V3 engine. That is new. I just made it up. One big cilinder on one side and two half capacity cilinders on the other side, 90 degrees, for a V3. Make the engine SCREAM until the blood comes out your ears. That's what this car deserves. Car companies can hire me. I have ideas. Good ones too.

At the end of the tour at the Nissan Heritage Collection hall there was this special event where they would start a 'car of the day'. The car of the day was a 70s Skyline GT-R.
The exhaust was connected to a hose which would go outside. A mechanic with white Michael Jackson gloves on started it up and would revv the 6-cyl a lil bit. All these freakshows around the enginebay recording that shit with their phone. Me too, sure, I'm the biggest freak.
That is a lovely low, dark, copper brown sound huh? Come on. Are you getting a little aroused? A little bit? Yeah! Creep!
Love the new Conti, gave the owner a thumbs up and he gave it a crazy revv! Saw of few of these around, quite handsome beasts!

After the first hard acceleration (0:14) we turned to the right and then the car accelerated full throttle through the whole first gear into the second (0:25) and some time later the owner revved twice (1:19). Every time you could hear the screaming exhaust sound, the car vibrated hard and the seats were quite uncomfortable and you sat on the street, but that doesn't matter anymore when you have a car with more bhp than a R8 GT! I just can say, this was the best thing I've ever done until now.
