La Casa Navàs és un dels més importants edificis modernistes de la ciutat de Reus, que fou projectat per l'arquitecte barceloní Lluís Domènech i Montaner i construït entre 1901 i 1908, per encàrrec del reusenc Joaquim Navàs Padró. En ella varen participar els millors artesans de l'època i col·laboradors habituals de Domènech i Muntaner com Gaspar Homar, Alfons Juyol, Antoni Rigalt o Lluís Bru. A diferència d'altres obres modernistes contemporànies com la casa Lleó Morera del mateix arquitecte i mateixos artesans és que aquesta no ha patit les transformacions de modes posteriors i manté íntegrament la decoració i el mobiliari com ho varen concebre els seus autors. A més d'aquests valors arquitectònics representatius del modernisme, la casa Navàs és el testimoni fidel social, cultural i econòmic d'una època.
Està situada a la plaça del Mercadal cantonada al carrer de Jesús, i a tocar del carrer Major. Popularment se la coneix com Cal Navàs. Reus (Tarragona).
Después de llevar a Constantí el primero de los TECOs de Portbou, la 250.009 regresó a Reus y tras las oportunas maniobras se volvió de nuevo para Constantí con el segundo, que había bajado de la frontera a cargo de la 250.029.
After carrying the first Portbou container carrier to Constantí, the 250.009 came back to Reus and after some shunting went again to Constantí with the second one, which came from the French borderline towed by the 250.029.

Ese día después de comer me cogí un regional y me fui a Reus para intentar cazar el nuevo TECO de Takargo Vilar Formoso – Castellbisbal. Como iba a llegar sobre las cuatro confiaba en poder pillar también el Takargo Constantí – Vilar Formoso y el ECR Tarragona-Clasificación – Madrid-Abroñigal, contando con que salieran con su retraso habitual. Tuve suerte y en la hora que estuve allí vi esos tres y también un TECO Constantí – Portbou a cargo de la 250.009, el mixto de fosfato y cloro a cargo de otra 250 y la 253.101 y la 253.102 realizando maniobras. Pero no todo fue positivo. Reus en esas fechas en cuanto avanza un poco la tarde no tiene buena luz, pues las sombras de los árboles se meriendan los trenes impares y el contraluz causa estragos en los pares, por lo que el resultado de la cacería fueran un montón de fotos mediocres.
That day after having lunch I took a regional service and I went to Reus to try to catch the new Vilar Formoso – Castellbisbal Takargo's container carrier. As I was going to arrive around 4 pm I was expecting to catch the Takargo's Constantí – Vilar Formoso and ECR's Tarragona-Clasificación – Madrid-Abroñigal too, hoping that they would run with the usual delay. I was lucky and in the hour I spent there came all three and a Constantí – Portbou container carrier towed by the 250.009, the mixed formation of phosphate and chlorine headed by another 250, and the 253.101 and the 253.102 doing some shunting. But not everything was good. Reus at that time of the year doesn't have proper light as soon as the afternoon advances a bit, because the tree shadows eat the odd trains and the backlight ruins the pictures of the even ones, so the result of the sitting was a bunch of poor pictures.

Tras cazar el primer TECO Barcelona-Can Tunis – Zaragoza-PLAZA en Capçanes cogí el regional de Barcelona de las 15:10 y me fui hasta Reus a por el segundo. Si venía con una hora de retraso, cosa que esperaba, podría cazarlo y coger el regional Reus – Barcelona de las 16:17 para de ese modo llegar a St. Vicenç a las 16:47, con el tiempo justo para coger el cercanías de las 16:53 hasta St. Sadurní. La verdad es que me salió redondo el asunto, porque el citado TECO hizo su aparición a las 16:10. Una vez pasó, guardé todo rápidamente y me dispuse a recorrer en 5 minutos el kilómetro que me separaba de la estación. Conseguí llegar, aunque mis sudores me costaron…
After catching the first Barcelona-Can Tunis – Zaragoza-PLAZA container carrier in Capçanes I took the 3.10 pm regional to Barcelona and went to Reus for the second one. If it was coming an hour late, thing that I wanted, I could photograph it and take the 4.17 pm Reus – Barcelona regional service to arrive in St. Vicenç at 4.47 pm, just in time to take the 4.53 suburban service to St. Sadurní. The truth is that everything went smooth, because the container carrier came at 4.10 pm. Once it passed I packed things up quickly and started to undo the kilometer that separated me from the station in 5 minutes. I arrived in time, although it was hard...

Hubo un tiempo en el que irse a Reus era sinónimo de ver 250s en abundancia. Ese día fueron 9 distintas con 15 trenes en total, siendo la última en aparecer la 250.021 con el TECO Constantí – Portbou – Antwerpen.
There was a time that going to Reus meant to see a lot of 250s. That they they were 9 different ones with 15 trains, being the last one to appear the 250.021 with the Constantí – Portbou – Antwerpen container carrier.
Tras ir aislada de Tarragona a Constantí (inversión en Reus mediante), la 250.006 deshace el camino y regresa a Tarragona tal y como vino cruzándose en su trayecto de vuelta con la 250.027, que curiosamente venía también de Tarragona y se dirigía a Constantí.
After going isolated from Tarragona to Constantí (with reversion in Reus), the 250.006 undoes the path and returns to Tarragona alone too while crosses in its return trip with the 250.027, that curiously was also coming from Tarragona and going to Constantí.
